What is ADHD? This fun and engaging presentation will give a brief overview of ADHD/ADD and how the understanding and treatment of it has changed over time. You will be provided strategies on how to manage ADHD, or manage someone with ADHD.

Difficulty with executive functions are common with ADHD. By focusing on Workflows, Artificial Intelligence tools, and Automation, neurodivergent individuals can be more productive with less pain. This provides an overview of the business case for creating a Neurodiverse workforce and inclusive workspaces. From employee retention and development, to the unique value added benefits that neurodivergent employees provide. It also provides practical, cost effective accommodations to the most common problems businesses face.

4 Ingredients in Every Productivity System

In this presentation, participants will get an easy to understand breakdown of personal productivity: how it works for people without ADHD, and how people with ADHD can create a system that works for them while being informed of what their preferences are and what systems will work best for them as a result.

Two Buckets of Emotional Dysregulation

Even though it is not a part of the diagnostic criteria, emotional dysregulation is a very common symptom of ADHD. This presentation will focus on a framework for understanding it and provide participants with research and evidence based strategies for managing and supporting others in self-regulating their emotions.
